Grandstand Seating
Our exclusive grandstand seating area offers a great view of the international arena. Watch first class dressage from the comfort of our covered and tiered stand, you will be guaranteed the very best views on the showground!

The Aster Pavilion
Meeting friends?
Why not buy an Aster Pavilion pass and make a day of it, we will be offering a range of food & refreshments for all tastes and budgets, from quick snacks, tea & coffee, to sit down meals and a full bar.
The Aster Pavilion is a stunning covered hospitality space overlooking the International and National competition arenas, with catering and refreshments available throughout the day.

The open-plan design offers the perfect location to enjoy morning coffee and pastries, lunches & afternoon tea. We also have a full bar offering a range of soft and alcoholic drinks & snacks.
​
Passes for this area are pre bookable and do not include the cost of any food or beverages.
​
The Aster pavilion will be open from 8am to 7pm throughout the show and is situated adjacent to the arenas, at the heart of the show.

Enjoy a buffet lunch or afternoon Tea...
We are pleased to offer a full catering service within the Aster Pavilion. This includes small snacks but also the opportunity to pre-book a fabulous buffet lunch or a classic afternoon tea - the perfect way to socialise and relax after a long day of dressage spectating. There are limited places we we recommend pre-booking - make a date of it with Aster Events!

A 3 course Lunch is priced at £80 per head or an afternoon tea at £65 per head. BOTH include access all day to the Aster Pavilion where there will also be a full bar and snacks available.

Perfect for entertaining corporate parties, friends, owners or supporters, our tables of ten offer a complete, fully waitered dining experience. The Aster pavilion is at the heart of the showground with tables viewing the national or international arenas. The Aster Pavilion is designed for style and comfort.

VIP Private Boxes
The ultimate hospitality package, our fully catered VIP boxes are adjacent to the main National and International Arenas. Boxes will include indoor seating, and an outside viewing space with seats to comfortably enjoy the action.

Welcome Drinks – Aster Pavilion - from 7pm
We would love to welcome you for a glass of fizz to celebrate a great week of competition and the wonderful sport that we are involved in. No Passes necessary. Just bring yourselves and your friends!

Friday 15th May: Dinner & Social Evening – Aster Pavilion - from 7.30pm
Join us for a fun-filled Karaoke night with dinner in the Aster Pavilion!
Open to riders, grooms, owners, and anyone looking for a fantastic social evening, this event is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy time with friends during The Chart Stables International Dressage at Hickstead 2026. The Aster Pavilion, located adjacent to the International Arena, offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Don’t miss out on a night of great food, music, and laughter!

Saturday 16th may : The Canter Ball – THE social event of the week
A time to dress up and enjoy a sumptuous 3 course dinner in the Beethoven Suite – overlooking the iconic main show jumping arena. There will be fizz, fun and an opportunity to bid in our live auction – raising funds for the charity Barnardos.
Tickets are selling fast. £125 each or £1200 per table of ten
